The Planning Forum frequently conducts surveys of Contact Centre Professionals to get a feel for the state of the industry and to allow our members to benchmark themselves against other centres.

In this section of the website you will be able to access summary reports and also sign up to participate in future surveys, ensuring the results are representative and that you get a copy to allow yourself to benchmark your centre.

Some of the material will only be available to members or registered users (smaller sample) of the site - so please ensure you login using the facility below the site menu bar and that way you will get maximum access to materials.
